Dr. Gregorian has over a decade of experience providing skills training and technical assistance to NGO leaders from Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He helped to establish the international conflict resolution skills training program at the United States Institute of Peace, founded IDR Associates, a Washington, DC-based non-profit that has worked with local organizations from Odessa to Jakarta in environmental and ethnic based dispute resolution, and spearheaded the applied dispute resolution programs of Institute of World Affairs in the FSU, Africa, and the Middle East.
