Job Description
IFOR is looking for three evaluators : One lead evaluator who will be working on all three locations (The Netherlands, India, and Ghana) and two co-evaluators ; one from Asia and one from Africa. The lead evaluator will conduct the review at the IFOR International Secretariat in Netherlands, and will design, together with the co-evaluators, the scope and focus of the evaluation of the Asian and African WPP Desk.
